If the dispute cannot be settled through such consultation, it may be submitted to the court of competent jurisdiction in the Developer's Jurisdiction for resolution.
We strive to maintain the availability and security of the App, but we do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components. You acknowledge that the App is accessed via networks and devices over which we have limited control, and we shall not be held liable for any service interruptions, data loss, or security breaches caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to network failures, power outages, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account when the purchase is confirmed.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple ID settings before the next billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription.
If a free trial or promotional offer is available, its terms will be shown before purchase. Any refund request for an App Store purchase must be submitted to Apple and will be handled under Apple's policies.
